Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Service

ABA is widely accepted as an effective treatment to help people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disorders. ABA has a proven and successful track record of developing communication and language in non-verbal children, improving academic performance, developing executive functions (Planning, Reasoning, Flexibility, Decision Making, etc.), increasing independence, acquiring and expanding social skills and reducing maladaptive behaviors, with long-term results and effects that can generalize across people and environments.

Our ABA services focus on the following areas, to provide a personalized response to the medical needs of our learners:

Comprehensive evaluation of the child's learning needs and behavioral challenges as well as development of an intervention plan with the necessary therapeutic strategies and procedures.
Functional communication, teaching new skills, expression of wants and needs, development of social skills, play skills, self-help, and skills for the development of independent living.
Teaching skills, prerequisites for successful transition to the next stages of development.
Generalization of the acquired skills (e.g., generalization to other significant environments such as home, school and/or the community, to other subjects such as family members, teachers, etc.).
Replacing disruptive, problematic, or maladaptive behaviors (e.g. self-injury, tantrums, property destruction, etc.) with effective and socially appropriate skills.
